MORA AI right on the page, editing your document directly as suggestions

MORA Office 26.10.7 brings MORA AI onto the document page itself: a small ✦ button at the bottom of the page lets you ask a question instantly with a click or Alt+I (⇧⌘I on Mac), no side pane required. When you ask it to edit, MORA AI writes its changes straight into the document as clearly visible suggestions: deletions struck through in red, new text highlighted in green, and ✓/✕ buttons at each spot to accept or reject. MORA AI can write, summarize and rewrite, adjust alignment and page setup, create charts and translate entire documents, all without ever touching other people's tracked changes. The new interface is fully usable with a keyboard and screen reader.

New features 10

MORA AIThe ✦ MORA AI button, right on the page

A small round ✦ button sits at the bottom center of the document area in MORA Doc, Sheet, Slide and PDF. Click it to open the MORA AI prompt bar in place, without covering your work; press Esc or click elsewhere to collapse it back into the small button. The button is visible to everyone; if you are not signed in, the prompt bar invites you to Sign in with MORA ID.

MORA AIAlt+I on Windows, ⇧⌘I on Mac

Press Alt+I (Windows) or ⇧⌘I (Mac) to open the MORA AI prompt bar in all four apps. Tooltips and menus always show the correct shortcut for the platform you are using.

MORA AIA context-aware prompt bar

The prompt bar has a + button with common tasks for each app: MORA Doc offers Write, Continue Writing, Summarize, Rewrite, Proofread, Create Table and Translate to English/Vietnamese; MORA Sheet offers Create Formula, Analyze Data, Create Chart and Create Table; MORA Slide offers Create Slides, Rewrite This Slide, Speaker Notes and Translate to English; MORA PDF offers Summarize, Explain Selection and Translate. You can choose the tone, length and mode, and the placeholder hint in the input box adapts to the situation (an empty document, selected text, the cursor at the end, and so on).

MORA AIResult card with quick actions

Answers stream into a card above the prompt bar, with a Stop button. When done, click Insert, Replace or Apply (each undoable in a single step), Retry or Copy, or give a thumbs up/down to help MORA AI answer better. The bar's menu lets you open the full MORA AI pane, show or hide the ✦ button and manage MORA AI.

WindowsSoft shadows and smooth edges

On Windows, the ✦ button, prompt bar and result card have a soft two-layer drop shadow and smoothly rounded edges. They float lightly above the page while still scrolling with the document, and Vietnamese typing works as normal. Shadows are briefly hidden while you move or resize the window and reappear immediately afterwards. On Mac, these elements use a thin border instead.

DocMORA AI edits the document directly as suggestions

When asked to edit, MORA AI writes its changes directly into the MORA Doc document as suggestions authored by “MORA AI”: deleted text is struck through in red, new text has a light green highlight, and formatting changes have a light yellow highlight (stronger on dark page backgrounds). New charts, tables and objects get an accent-colored outline so they are easy to spot. You can see at a glance exactly what MORA AI intends to change, and where.

DocAccept or reject each change with ✓/✕

Each block of suggestions has a pair of round ✓ (accept) and ✕ (reject) buttons in the right page margin; they scroll with the content and stay clear of comment boxes. The result card shows “x/y changes pending review” along with Accept All and Reject All buttons, and you can open the MORA AI pane to review side by side.

MORA AIAlignment, page setup, charts and full-document translation

Beyond writing and editing text, MORA AI can make layout changes such as alignment, paragraph spacing and page setup, create charts from data tables, and translate entire documents. Even paragraph formatting and page size changes, which ordinary track changes does not record, can be rejected block by block and restored exactly as they were.

MORA AIRefine suggestions further

After MORA AI makes a suggestion, the input box switches to “Refine the selection…”: type a follow-up request (for example, shorter or more formal) and send it, and MORA AI discards its previous suggestion and proposes a new one. Closing the card keeps the suggestions; click the ✦ button to reopen it.

MORA AISheet, Slide and PDF: keep or undo the whole round with one click

In MORA Sheet, Slide and PDF, MORA AI's changes are applied directly as a single undo step; the result card offers Accept All to keep them and Reject All to undo everything. If a clean undo is no longer possible (because further edits were made), the app tells you clearly instead of simply closing the card.

Improvements 10

DocOther people's tracked changes are never touched

Accepting or rejecting MORA AI suggestions affects only the changes MORA AI created. If MORA AI reformats a paragraph where a colleague has tracked insertions or deletions, the colleague's changes are preserved for them to review. Your author name and track changes setting are restored after every round.

DocSuggestions hold up through Undo and Redo

Each suggestion block is tied to its exact text range, so after pressing Ctrl+Z and then redoing, the ✓/✕ buttons reappear in the right place. Accept All and Reject All clear every remaining suggestion from that round without affecting earlier changes.

DocRespect for documents with locked change tracking

If tracked changes are hidden in a document, they are shown when MORA AI writes its suggestions so you get the full picture. For documents where change tracking is password-protected, MORA AI does not write suggestions and explains why.

MORA AICharts are created only from unambiguous data

When asked to create a chart in MORA Doc, MORA AI uses the first row as series names and the first column as labels, and rejects numbers with ambiguous thousands separators (such as “1,250” or “1.250.000”) to avoid charts with wrong figures.

MORA AIFully keyboard accessible

Ctrl+Enter runs the card's primary button; Tab/Shift+Tab move through the answer, buttons and input box with a clear focus frame; Enter or Space presses the focused button. Tab and arrow keys in the input box no longer leak into the document page.

MORA AIScreen reader support

The complete answer is read to screen readers through the input box description and the result card's name, and every button announces its correct label when focused, so people with visual impairments can use MORA AI on the page.

SheetWorks with frozen panes and split windows

In MORA Sheet, the MORA AI bar follows the correct work area when the spreadsheet has frozen panes or a split window, without interrupting answers or suggestion sessions.

MORA AISmoother long answers

Answer text is rendered in batches, only the last paragraph is re-measured and only the visible part is drawn, so the result card stays smooth even with very long answers. Scrolling the mouse wheel over the ✦ button or prompt bar still scrolls the document as usual.

MORA AIHides automatically when not appropriate

The ✦ button hides itself when your organization has turned off MORA AI, the document is read-only, you are in full screen or a slide show, the window is too small, the MORA AI pane is open, or you have chosen to hide it. Embedded objects being edited in place do not show a second button.

macOS⇧⌘I opens MORA AI in MORA Doc on Mac

On Mac, ⇧⌘I in MORA Doc now opens MORA AI, replacing its previous use as the Selection Mode shortcut. Option+I still types the circumflex accent as usual.

Fixes 2

WindowsRare freeze involving assistive tools fixed

Fixed a rare freeze that could occur when another program automatically opened a document in MORA Office while assistive tools were running on the computer, such as a screen reader, a Vietnamese input method or remote control software. MORA Office no longer stops responding in this situation.

DocRejecting several suggestions in a row no longer shows spurious errors

When a new paragraph added by MORA AI has already been rejected, rejecting later suggestion blocks related to that paragraph no longer triggers an unnecessary restore error.
