MORA AI for MORA Office: usage limits, devices and organization policy at account.mora.vn
The MORA AI service now supports MORA Office on desktop, running on the same platform as ai.mora.vn, MORA Mail and MORA Cloud. Everyone gets a My MORA AI page showing their usage limits, costs and linked computers, while administrators decide who in the organization can use it. MORA AI can perform 41 direct actions on documents, spreadsheets and presentations; every suggestion is validated before it reaches your document, and the server stores neither conversations nor document content.

At account.mora.vn › My MORA AI (MORA AI của tôi), every account can see today's and this month's usage limits, a 30-day cost chart broken down by where AI was used (MORA Office, ai.mora.vn, MORA Mail, MORA Cloud), and the 50 most recent requests. The history records only the time, app, device and cost, never the content of your questions or documents.
MORA AIManage linked computers and revoke any one of them
The Linked devices list shows each computer's name, operating system, MORA Office version, when it was linked and when it was last used. If a computer is lost or replaced, click Revoke to block it immediately.
MORA AIMORA AI policy for organizations
In the organization admin area, the MORA AI section lets administrators turn MORA AI on or off for the whole organization and choose Who can use it: all members, or selected people only. Administrators can see monthly costs per member and revoke a member's devices when needed.
MORA AIMORA AI in MORA Office with no extra setup
Signing in with MORA ID in MORA Office gives the computer its own key for MORA AI. The key is used only for MORA AI, is renewed every day and expires automatically if the account is no longer signed in.

MORA AI proposes changes as structured actions. In MORA Doc: insert, replace and delete text, find and replace, character and paragraph formatting, styles, lists, tables, tables of contents and page setup. In MORA Sheet: enter values, write and fill formulas, number and cell formatting, alignment, borders, column widths, inserting rows and columns, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, charts and new sheets. In MORA Slide: add, delete and move slides, change layouts and designs, edit text, align paragraphs and write speaker notes.

Fast handles quick tasks such as rewriting or translating a paragraph; Deep uses a more powerful model with careful reasoning for complex work; Auto picks the right mode for each request.

MORA AI is guided separately for each app: drafting administrative documents in the format set by Decree 30/2020/ND-CP (Vietnam's official standard for administrative correspondence), using spreadsheet formulas instead of pre-calculated figures, and keeping slides clean and well laid out. It also uses the organization profile entered at account.mora.vn as context.

Each action proposed by MORA AI is validated by the server for correct structure and safety limits before it is sent to your computer, and changes are applied to the document only after you review and accept them.
MORA AINo conversations or document content stored
The server does not store conversations or document content from MORA Office; logs record usage figures only. Citizen ID numbers, card numbers and tax codes are masked, and documents marked MẬT (Confidential) are blocked, just as on ai.mora.vn.
MORA AIImmediate block when a member is suspended
Members who are suspended or removed from the organization at account.mora.vn lose access to MORA AI on all their linked computers within one minute.
