Save as .docx, .xlsx and .pptx by default; monthly license pricing and an Add-on code field
The September 15 updates make Microsoft Office formats the default: new documents save straight to .docx, .xlsx and .pptx, and these formats now top the Save As list. The License dialog shows monthly pricing, a more compact QR code and a new Add-on code field for customers with a partner code. The free edition’s banner was refreshed to showcase all four apps.

The in-app License dialog and the purchase page now include an optional Add-on code field for customers who received a code from a partner. Once the code is entered, the displayed price already reflects the discount before the payment QR code is generated.

New documents save as .docx (O3O Doc), .xlsx (O3O Sheet) and .pptx (O3O Slide) by default, so Word, Excel and PowerPoint users can open them right away.
GeneralMicrosoft formats first in Save As
In the Save As dialog, O3O Doc lists .docx then .doc, O3O Sheet lists .xlsx then .csv, and O3O Slide lists .pptx then .ppsx, with no scrolling needed.
PDFO3O PDF saves straight to .pdf
In O3O PDF, .pdf sits at the top of the Save As list; choosing PDF saves a PDF file directly, without going through the Export command.

The QR code in the License dialog is resized to fit its frame and is easy to scan with any banking app; stray characters next to the price no longer appear.

The banner showcases the full O3O Doc, Sheet, Slide and PDF lineup in your current interface language. Clicking the image opens the license purchase screen, Remove ads — buy a license is now the default button, and redundant explanatory text is gone. The image is labeled for screen readers.

The number of seconds before an ad can be skipped is set centrally and remembered on the device, so it applies consistently even when the computer is offline.
