O3O Office licenses are now sold online: scan a QR code with any banking app, and the system automatically confirms the payment, issues a license key and activates it on the computer that placed the order. Both individual and business customers receive a license certificate and an invoice as PDF files, and any license can be checked on a public verification page. Businesses and resellers receive license keys generated in bulk, so users only need to enter a key.

Purchase from the License section in the app or at office.o3o.vn/mua/. Two plans are available: 1 year and lifetime (perpetual use with 3 years of updates), each license covering one computer.
LicensingPay with a bank QR code
The system generates a QR code in the VietQR standard (Vietnam’s interbank QR payment format), pre-filled with the amount and transfer reference and showing the product logo in the center. Scan it with any banking app; there’s no account number or reference to type.
LicensingAutomatic payment confirmation and activation
As soon as the payment arrives, the system reconciles it, issues a license key and activates it on the ordering computer within seconds; the app switches to licensed status on its own. The key is also sent by email for your records.
LicensingIndividual or company purchase, auto-filled from tax ID
When buying for a company, enter the tax ID and the system fills in the business name and address automatically; you only need to add an email address and phone number.
