MoraKey 1.4.17: three typing modes on one shortcut — V1 smart, V2 direct, E off
MoraKey 1.4.17 turns the Vietnamese on/off toggle into three modes that you cycle through with Ctrl+Shift. V1 is the familiar context-aware smart Vietnamese mode, V2 is direct Vietnamese input where every key does exactly what you type with no English guessing, and E turns the input method off. Anyone who needs complete predictability when writing purely Vietnamese documents can simply switch to V2. Computers already running MoraKey update automatically within an hour.
New features 2
MoraKeyThree typing modes: V1, V2 and E
V1: smart, context-aware Vietnamese that keeps English words intact and corrects typos (default). V2: direct Vietnamese input with all guessing turned off, so you get exactly what you type. E: input method off.
MoraKeyCycle modes with a single shortcut
Press Ctrl+Shift or left-click the tray icon to cycle V1 → V2 → E → V1. Ctrl+Shift combinations with another key also cycle in the same order.
Improvements 4
MoraKeyTray icon shows the current mode
The tray icon displays V1 in MORA blue, V2 in green and E in gray, so you can see the active mode at a glance.
MoraKeyDistinct sounds for each mode
With sound cues on, each mode has its own pitch, so you can switch modes without looking at the screen.
MoraKeyControl panel stays in sync with the mode
The Enable input method and Smart guessing options in the control panel always match the active mode, and the mode is preserved after restarting the computer.
MoraKeyA simple answer when smart mode gets in the way
When you want every keystroke to produce exactly the letter typed, for example with words that share keys with English or with ALL CAPS text, a single switch to V2 now does the job instead of turning off options one by one.
