MORA Office Online adopts the new desktop interface: Draw tab, large buttons and Shape Format
The browser ribbon has been updated to match the new MORA Office desktop interface released in October. MORA Doc, Sheet and Slide gain a Draw tab with a freehand pen, large easy-to-click buttons for frequently used commands, and a Shape Format contextual tab when a shape is selected. Interface wording continues to stay in step with the latest desktop translations.
New features 4
OnlineDraw tab in MORA Doc, Sheet and Slide
The Draw tab brings the shape drawing tools together in one place, just like the desktop app, so you can insert and adjust shapes faster right in your browser.
OnlineFreehand pen
The Pen button on the Draw tab lets you draw freehand with a mouse or touch to circle, mark up or jot quick notes on a document.
DocLarge Design and References buttons
MORA Doc in the browser now has large buttons on the Design and References tabs, matching the desktop layout and making them easier to spot and click.
SheetSparklines in cells
MORA Sheet in the browser adds a Sparklines button that draws a compact chart right inside a cell, so you can see the trend of each row of data at a glance without inserting a full-size chart.
Improvements 5
OnlineShape Format contextual tab
When you select a shape, the ribbon now shows a Shape Format tab in all four apps, so there are no longer two confusing tabs both named Draw.
OnlineCompact two-row ribbon with the new layout
Command groups from the new desktop layout are automatically rearranged into a two-row grid that fits the browser's compact ribbon neatly, without overflowing or covering your content.
SheetSingle-button Charts group
The Charts group in MORA Sheet for the browser keeps a single Chart button that opens every option, instead of several overlapping buttons.
OnlineWording aligned with the latest desktop translations
More than 230 interface strings were added or corrected to match the latest MORA Office desktop translations, keeping terminology consistent across both platforms.
OnlineOnly commands that work in the browser are shown
New desktop-only commands, such as erasing or hiding ink, the zoom selector and the MORA AI button, are hidden from the browser ribbon so there are no buttons that do nothing when clicked.
