The MORA AI service adds translation to power the Translate button in MORA Office. Documents, spreadsheets and presentations can be translated into 18 languages, with the same number of paragraphs in the same order so the layout stays exactly as it was. Numbers, web addresses, email addresses and formulas are kept verbatim and never sent to the model. Translation usage counts toward your MORA AI quota and is shown in account.mora.vn.

MORA AITranslate into 18 languages with automatic source detection
Target languages include Vietnamese, English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Lao, Khmer, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. The language of the original text is detected automatically.
MORA AIParagraph count and order preserved
Translations come back with exactly the same paragraphs, in the same order, as the original, so formatting, tables and page layout remain intact after translation.
MORA AIFormulas and number-only paragraphs left untouched
Empty paragraphs, paragraphs containing only numbers or symbols, and spreadsheet formulas (anything starting with =) are returned as-is without passing through the model. Repeated paragraphs are translated only once, saving time and quota.

MORA AIMissed paragraphs are retranslated automatically
When translating many paragraphs at once, if the model skips or merges a paragraph, the service retranslates that paragraph on its own, so the result is complete and free of duplicated content.
MORA AIClear reporting of untranslated paragraphs
Any paragraph that cannot be translated safely is kept in its original form and flagged, so you know exactly where to review instead of receiving a distorted translation.
MORA AITranslation counts toward your MORA AI quota
Every translation is recorded in the same usage log as MORA AI in MORA Office, and appears on the My MORA AI page and in the per-member usage report available to administrators at account.mora.vn.

MORA AINumbers, web addresses and emails never reach the model
All numbers (including ID and card numbers), web addresses and email addresses are replaced with placeholders before translation and restored verbatim afterwards, so they are neither mistranslated nor exposed.

Translation follows your organization's MORA AI on/off switch, its list of permitted users, the accepted terms of use, and the rule that blocks documents carrying the MẬT (Confidential) marking.
