All web purchases now go through account.mora.vn, plus MORA Enterprise for on-premises deployment
All purchases on the web now go through account.mora.vn/mua, and old purchase links redirect there automatically; buying from within the app works as before. The payment and refund policy has been updated to cover two ways of receiving a license. Organizations that need their data to stay on their own servers can now choose MORA Enterprise, an on-premises edition quoted to their needs. Downloading license certificates and invoices is also more secure.
New features 2
LicensingMORA Enterprise for on-premises deployment
Organizations can now run the MORA ecosystem on their own servers: MORA Mail, MORA Cloud with in-browser editing of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, MORA Meet, MORA Chat and MORA AI, all hosted by the organization, together with MORA Office desktop licenses. Organizations install it themselves following the documentation, with phone support from MORA. Pricing: contact us for a quote.
LicensingTwo ways to receive your license
A purchased license is either linked to the buyer's MORA ID account, or activated directly on the computer that placed the order when buying from within the app. The payment and refund policy at office.mora.vn/thanh-toan describes both options.
Improvements 2
LicensingEvery Buy button leads to account.mora.vn/mua
Old purchase links at office.mora.vn/mua and office.o3o.vn/mua now redirect to account.mora.vn/mua. Buying from within MORA Office works exactly as before.
LicensingLicense terms shown clearly for each plan type
The order page and the Downloads page now show the correct license term: an annual plan that has not yet been activated reads 1 year from first activation, and a lifetime plan reads lifetime, with updates until a specific date.
Fixes 1
LicensingOrder page shows every order
Fixed an issue where the order page on account.mora.vn could leave out unpaid orders or paid license-key orders, and an issue with plan details when buying new or renewing.
Security 1
LicensingSafer certificate and invoice downloads
Improved security for downloading license certificates and invoices: the store now supports a new download method that keeps access details out of the address opened in the browser, used by newer versions of MORA Office. Previously installed versions continue to download as usual.
